Participation Requirements:

To receive payment for your participation in a Derrick Law Firm Virtual Focus Group event, please review and consent to the requirements below.

  • Receipt of your Signed Confidentiality Consent Form 
    We will send a request for your signature before the event.
  • Register for the Virtual Event
    We will send the Zoom Event registration link prior to the event.
    Register with your First Name, Last Name Initial and email address.

  • Webcam
    To ensure your active participation, your video must remain on throughout the event
  • Audio
    Mute your microphone for the duration of the event. Please use the chat section to communicate comments. Please hold questions related to the case for the Q&A session of the event.
  • Completed Survey
    Following the presentation, we will send a survey for you to complete. You will access the survey in the Chat Inbox section of the Zoom event. The survey is related to the case presented to you during the event. All questions must be answered.
  • Receive Payment for your Participation
    Payment will be issued to you via email. The digital payment will result in a virtual gift card. You choose the type of gift card you receive (Options include Mastercard, Visa and more.)
